Our mission: to make sure every patient can reach their healthcare practice when they need to.

Founded by a Registered Nurse

MayaAI was founded by Kotresh Aradyamath, a Registered Nurse. Working on a surgical ward, he saw first-hand how many patient calls go unanswered or wait on hold.

That experience became MayaAI: an AI receptionist that answers every call, helps patients book and manage appointments, and passes urgent calls to the practice team using the practice's own rules. Maya is an administrative assistant and does not give medical advice.

MayaAI is an Australian company based on the Central Coast of New South Wales.
