Connect MayaAI with Cliniko

Follow these steps to enable 24/7 AI appointment booking, call answering, and patient enquiries for your Cliniko practice.

1. Create your MayaAI account

Sign up at app.mayaai.com.au and choose the plan that matches your Cliniko practice size. All plans include a 7-day free trial or 500 minutes (whichever comes first).

2. Connect Cliniko

In your MayaAI dashboard, go to Integrations → Cliniko. Enter your Cliniko API key and practice URL. MayaAI only reads booking data required to schedule appointments and writes new appointments back to Cliniko.

3. Configure your booking rules

Map your Cliniko appointment types, practitioners, rooms, and availability. Add your services, fees, opening hours, and custom intake questions so Maya can answer accurately.

4. Go live

Forward your practice phone number to MayaAI or use a new Australian number we provide. Maya starts answering calls immediately and books directly into Cliniko.

What data is synced

Security & Compliance

MayaAI is operated by Nutire Pty Ltd (ABN 55 671 343 856) and is designed for Australian privacy law. The Cliniko integration uses secure API credentials, encrypted data in transit, and stores call recordings and patient data in line with Australian Privacy Act 1988 and APP requirements. You can revoke MayaAI's access at any time from your Cliniko API key settings.
